2008 Shows
Welcome to our archive of shows from 2008. We do some shows annually, such as tiny, and Delicious, other shows may be a unique opportunity to show some great art. We often keep some of the art from shows in our inventory, so if there is something your interested in, give us shout.

 Early Bird Painters

plein air paintings & drawings

Wednesday, February 20th - Sunday, March 9th

reception:  Saturday, February 23rd, 4-8 pm

When we heard about the Early Bird Painters, we were intrigued; when we saw their work, we got excited.  The group is a loose band of artists who meet up early in the morning at various locations around the Bay Area and paint what they see.  Then they go to their day jobs, most of which are at Pixar.  The show consists of plein air paintings and drawings, plus a few pieces from some of the artists' more commercial work.  The show is a terrific mix of Bay Area landscapes, cityscapes as well as character-based pieces.  Participating artists include Sharon Calahan, Jennifer Chang, Bill Cone, Mike Dutton, Jimmy Gutierrez, Noah Klocek, Robert Kondo, Ernesto Nemesio, Nick Sung and Daisuke Tsutsumi
